 Announcing a service that keeps track of your CME credits for you, Credit Keepers! Credit Keepers is a service designed to keep a record of individual professional continuing medical education credits for physicians. Most physicians are aware of the requirements for Oklahoma licensure, re-registration of licensure or reinstatement of licensure. For more information on the Oklahoma relicensure requirements, click here. 8 Things you should know about Credits Keepers : 1. We keep records of specialty credits as well as AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. 2. We keep track of Category 2 activities. 3. Individual records are recorded by social security number and computerized. 4. Your reporting method is simple. Return reporting forms in our prepaid postage envelope or by fax. 5. We notify you of your total credits on a quarterly basis. 6. We include all reported credits into one format and transcripts are generated upon request. 7. Upon completion of the requirements and with your request, we will complete your application for the American Medical Association Physician's Recognition Award. We forward the completed application to you for signature and payment. (The AMA charges a handling fee to process a PRA application ($70 non-members, $35 members) and physicians are responsible for that fee.) 8. We keep you regularly advised of upcoming University of Oklahoma accredited CME programs. Enroll for only $99 a year. $99 per year includes: * Specialty credits recording * Category 1 and 2 credit recording * Reporting forms with prepaid postage * Credit totals and reminder notices * Transcripts * PRA application form completion * Announcements of upcoming CME offerings Payment: Membership is $99 annually with renewals due each January. Memberships after January will be pro-rated at $8.25 a month times the number of months needed to meet the January billing cycle. ( i.e. If you join in November, your fee would be Nov. $8.25 and Dec. $8.25 equaling $16.50. January statements will be mailed for $99. ) Individual credits will be recorded starting from your initial date of membership.
